Voting Rights

• Members residing more than 40 km outside Uniondale, Western Cape, do not have voting rights.

Membership Benefits

• Membership grants affiliation with Uniondale Golf Club (UGC) and the ability to obtain a handicap card.

Application & Commitment

• By submitting this application, I apply for membership at Uniondale Golf Club and commit to the applicable membership fee.

• The total membership fee and initial payment are indicated.

Acknowledgment & Agreement

• I confirm that I have read and understand the Membership Structure.

• I agree to abide by the Membership Structure and any amendments made by Uniondale Golf Club.

Membership Obligations

If accepted as a member, I agree to:

• Comply with all Terms & Conditions, Rules & Regulations, and related documents.

• Pay all applicable annual subscriptions, fees, and charges as required.

Amendments & Facility Use

I understand that:

• The Membership Plan, Rules & Regulations, and other referenced documents may be amended as needed.

• Membership does not guarantee rights to use facilities beyond what is specifically provided in the Membership Plan.

Reimbursement Policy

• Membership fees are non-refundable, except in certain circumstances as determined at the discretion of Uniondale Golf Club.

• If a reimbursement is granted, it will not include the first-year additional fee.

Handicap Card Delivery

• Uniondale Golf Club (UGC) is not liable for delays in the delivery of physical handicap cards.

• Members can access their electronic HNA card by logging into the HNA app and rotating their device to landscape mode.
